The IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) concerns itself with land, airborne and maritime mobile services; portable commercial and citizens communications services; vehicular electrotechnology, equipment and systems of the automotive industry; and traction power, signals, communications and control systems for mass transit and railroads. The United Kingdom and Ireland Chapter of the VTS was established in 2011 by Dr. Oliver Holland from King’s College London and Dr. Keith Nolan from Trinity College Dublin. This Chapter aims to serve the 150+ VTS members in the UK and Ireland.
